Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason a product is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations, returns may be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund. If an order has already shipped, the customer must contact Different Roads to Learning for return instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
Unauthorized refusal of delivery may result in return freight, carrier charges, or other costs incurred by Different Roads to Learning being deducted from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Different Roads to Learning may issue a replacement product, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. Returned products must be accompanied by the original packing list or invoice.
For customers located in the European Union, additional consumer withdrawal rights may apply. Please refer to our EU Withdrawal Rights Policy for additional information and instructions.

Expedited Shipping is also available. Please email or call us at 800-853-1057 / 212-604-9637 for a Shipping Quote. Delivery Time Different Roads to Learning strives to get your package out as quickly as possible so you can begin working with your purchases right away! Most orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt. If there is an urgent need, however, please call or email so we can advise on stock and shipping times.
Any order received before 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday, should ship within 72 hours, provided all goods are in stock. We require an additional 3-5 business days for processing on large Kit orders. All orders are shipped out from our warehouse will be sent by your preferred method selected at checkout.
The Map below shows UPS delivery times for the U.S. on all orders shipped from NJ. Priority Mail to most locations arrives in 3-5 Business Days.
Questions on International Shipping/Customs
Note that shipping charges do not include any duties payable upon import. Any customs fees or charges are not included and are payable by the recipient. These vary according to the country, contents and value of the package. We are unable to provide a quotation for any taxes that might be due.
