Returning Products
If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your order has been shipped or delivered, you must return the products to us in accordance with the return instructions provided.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers should not refuse delivery without first contacting Different Roads to Learning.
Refunds
