We want our customers to be happy with our products. If for any reason the product is defective or does not meet the customer’s satisfaction, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Either a replacement product or a credit to your account will be issued, excluding return and replacement freight. All returns must be accompanied by an original Packing List or Invoice and returned to:

Note that shipping rates do not include any potential duties or taxes due at the time of delivery. These vary according to the country, contents and value of the package. We are unable to provide a quotation for any taxes that might be due. Delivery Time Different Roads to Learning strives to get your package out as quickly as possible so you can begin working with your purchases right away! Most orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt. If there is an urgent need, however, please call or email so we can advise on stock and shipping times.

Any order received before 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday, should ship within 48 hours, provided all goods are in stock. We require an additional 3-5 business days for processing on large Kit orders. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey via UPS or Priority Mail for domestic orders. International shipments, including those to Canada, are sent via Priority Mail International or Express Mail. These deliveries are made by the local post office in the destination country. Larger orders will be shipped via UPS International. Note that shipping charges do not include any duties payable upon import. Any customs fees or charges are not included and are payable by the recipient.
