Skillstreaming is a social skills training program that employs a four-part approach - modeling, role-playing, performance feedback, and generalization - to teach essential prosocial skills to children and adolescents. Developed by Dr. Arnold P. Goldstein and colleagues, this is an evidence-based strategy to systematically teach social skills and a variety of behaviors to students, from academic competency and sports to daily living and making friends.

Skillstreaming the Elementary School Child contains a complete description of the program along with instructions for teaching 60 prosocial skills and comes with homework reports, assessment forms and CD. Skills areas include: Classroom Survival Skills, Making Friends, Dealing with Feelings, Alternatives to Aggression, and Dealing with Stress.
