Can I place a purchase order?
Yes! We accept official purchase orders—upload it online using the form below or email it to us at info@difflearn.com
Can you become a vendor for my school?
Absolutely. Let us know your school’s requirements, and we’ll provide any needed paperwork or documentation.
- Add the items to your cart just like a regular order.
- At checkout, select “Request a Quote” instead of entering payment.
- Submit your request—we’ll email a formal quote within 1 business day.
Already have a list and don't want to build a cart?
Email us at info@difflearn.com with:
- The items you’re interested in
- Quantity needed
- Shipping address (to calculate costs)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept POs, all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks from U.S.-based institutions.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer custom quotes for bulk orders, as well as our standard bulk discounts. Email info@difflearn.com with the items and quantities you’re interested in.
Can I use tax-exempt status?
Yes. Email your tax-exempt certificate to info@difflearn.com before placing your order so we can adjust your account.
Do you accept international orders from schools?
Yes, though international orders must be prepaid by credit card or wire transfer. Email info@difflearn.com for a quote with shipping costs.
Can you help with grant or funding documentation?
We’re happy to help! We can provide sole-source letters, product specs, and formal quotes to support your funding requests.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Either a replacement product or a credit to your account will be issued, excluding return and replacement freight. All returns must be accompanied by an original Packing List or Invoice and returned to:

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates can be calculated by adding items to your online cart at http://www.difflearn.com, proceeding to check out, entering your address and viewing your available shipping options.
How long does an order take to process?
Any order received before 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday, should ship within 48 hours, provided all goods are in stock. We require an additional 3-5 business days for processing on large Kit orders.
