Coming 11/15/2024 - The NEW Socially Savvy Online Checklist

We are excited to launch the updated Socially Savvy Checklist soon. We know there have been questions, and we are happy to answer them.

What is the cost of the updated platform?

All new student licenses will be offered on a per student, per year basis. We will be offering bulk pricing for the purchase of multiple student profiles! Below are the packages currently being offered:

DRM 277 1 • $14.95 for one student per year
DRM 277 3 • $39.95 for three student seats per year
DRM 277 10 • $134.95 for ten student seats per year
DRM 277 25 • $324.95 for twenty-five students per year

What will happen to my current student profiles?

We have no plans to restrict access to your historical data. You will be able to access all your prior students, assessments and their reports. Additionally, all existing student profiles which have assessments remaining will be able to continue to be assessed, up to 4 times in total. All new student profiles, however, will have to be completed on the new platform once it is available.

When will the new platform be available?

The new platform will be available for purchase 11/15!

What are some of the features of the Updated Socially Savvy Online Checklist?

  • On the updated Socially Savvy Online Checklist platform, we will be using an organizational model where students belong to the organization, and access is granted by an administrator account.
    • This means if you have multiple people completing assessments, they’ll be able to access student data as assigned
  • Rather than rely on passwords, logins will be completed via login links sent directly to your email.
  • We have updated the recommended objectives with multiple options, which can be edited to allow for greater individualization.
  • Reports will continue to auto-generate with suggested language for you; you will be able to edit these recommendations before generating your report!
  • Each report will allow you to auto-apply your signature and credentials.

Can I transfer my data from the old platform to the new platform?

We are working on creating a process for transferring your data. In the meantime, all existing student profiles will continue to be available on the original platform.

How can I purchase learner licenses on the new platform/set up my account?

  • New subscriptions can be purchased at the Different Roads to Learning Website.
  • Once you purchase a subscription, you will receive set up instructions. They will include a link to the new platform, where you will enter your email address to receive a one-time log in link.
    • Not only will this remove the inconvenience of resetting a password if you ever forget it, this should increase security of your account!
  • A one-time log in link will be emailed to you. Once you click the link, you’ll be automatically logged in.
  • Once you are logged in, you’ll be prompted to enter your name and to create a new Organization.
    • Individuals who are not a part of a school or a clinic will still need to create an organization.
  • From there, you will be able to add learners and assess licenses to them.
  • You’ll also be able to invite other users to your organization!
