Order Processing Time
Our warehouse is open and operational at this time. However, while we normally are able to ship orders within 48 hours, right now our warehouse is not able to guarantee that turnaround. Especially for larger orders, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Due to continually updated protocols and procedures, we are updating the cutoff time for expedited shipments to 1 PM (EST for North Haven/Shelton and PDT for Reno). We will make every effort to ship these orders same day during this time! If you have any concerns, please contact at email@example.com so we can make sure we're giving you the best service possible.
COVID-19 Reshipment Policy
We know that during this time, many of our customers have experienced issues receiving materials, whether due to adjusted operating hours or new delivery locations being assigned while many of us still work from home.
We want to support all our schools, practitioners and parents. To that end we are happy to offer to reship any misdelivered or returned to sender orders at no additional cost. (Please note that this only refers to a single reshipment request. If there are any issues with the second attempt to deliver, any subsequent reshipment requests will result in additional shipping charges.)

Different Roads to Learning is happy to be able to ship our much-needed materials world wide! Right now, UPS is shipping to their regular zones. However, USPS and DHL has announced they will be unable to ship to the following locations:

4. French Polynesia
12. New Caledonia
16. Saudi Arabia
17. South Africa
19. Sri Lanka
These service disruptions affect Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items. Unless otherwise noted, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
DHL has also restricted delivery, and will be unable to the following areas: China, Hong Kong, Czech Republic, Cayman Islands, Honduras, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Brunei Darussalam, Ascension, Bahamas, Bermuda, Bolivia, Chad, Chile - Easter Island, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, India. Iran, Jamaica, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Panama, Philippines, Samoa, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Wallis and Futuna, Western Sahara, and Zimbabwe
Returns and Refunds
We want our customers to be happy with our products. If for any reason the product is defective or does not meet the customer’s satisfaction, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Either a replacement product or a credit to your account will be issued, excluding return and replacement freight. Due to COVID19 precautions, returns will take an additional 72 hours to process. All returns must be accompanied by an original Packing List or Invoice and returned to:
