Smart Talk is an ideal interactive program, perfect for use in any ABA or Verbal Behavior setting. Using crystal-clear audio, flashing lights and fun sounds, this system guides the learner to SEE a picture, HEAR its name and REPEAT the word, until they've mastered it and added it to their vocabulary. First, you slide on a card and press the WORD button to hear the picture identified. The button can be pressed repeatedly for practice. When the LEARN light blinks, acting as a prompt, you can press it to hear the word used in context. This is often accompanied by a sound effect to enhance learning. The QUIZ light also blinks to prompt you to press for questions about the picture. Read along on the back of the card to match the printed words to spoken words. By emulating Smart Talk's speech, students learn to use standard grammar patterns in sentences and questions. NOTE: This is the unit only; there are three sets of cards available to be used in conjunction with it. There is a set for Home & Family, School & Community and Animals & People. Each card sets sells separately for 39.95 each. Smart Talk Requires 3 AA Batteries (not included) or AC Adapter (listed below).
